Returns & Artist Policy
My Giclée art prints and frames are custom-produced by Prodigi using premium, archival materials designed to last for decades. My artistic process uses minimal digital effects to maintain the raw character of the work. Variations under different lighting conditions are intentional features and not considered defects.
Because items are part of professional, custom production, returns or exchanges for change of mind cannot be accepted. Please measure your wall space carefully and review the website gallery and your shopping cart images carefully before purchasing. Please note your physical print will arrive with a white border around the image, as shown in your shopping cart previews, even though my main website gallery displays the artwork without borders. Example room images do not reflect actual sizes. If an order is damaged or lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged where appropriate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email me immediately upon noticing transit damage at info@abigailhopkinsphotography.com with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged artwork and original packaging so a replacement can be arranged.
Lost Items
Items are officially considered lost if there is no tracking movement from the date of dispatch after specific periods based on your delivery address. For packages delivered to the UK, this is 5 working days. For the US or Australia, it is 10 working days. For the EU, it is 15 working days. For New Zealand, it is 20 working days, and for all other international shipments, it is 28 working days. If these periods have passed, please email me at info@abigailhopkinsphotography.com with your order number and tracking reference so I can arrange a replacement for you.
Processing & Fulfilment
Please allow 3 extra business days for manual payment clearance prior to production. Following clearance, unframed fine art prints require 1–4 working days for processing by Prodigi before dispatch, and custom frames require 1–3 working days for assembly and processing before dispatch.
